Driving through the outskirts of New Iberia, Louisana, I find the Williams family. I stop the car and ask if I may photograph them.
They answer "no problem, go on" without paying much attention to me. I have five minutes left before the sun goes down.
Two children, their mother, their uncle and their grandfather, living in a simple wooden shack on the side of the road. They continue working on the car. When the sun sets, they enter the house for dinner, leaving me with a short "take care".
   
If only it would always be this simple for a stranger to approach a stranger.
